Purchased to add to the base unit. The installation and connection to the base unit was easy and flawless. I'd recommend this unit. The only problem was finding the correct handset for the base unit I had. That was a big hassle to avoid buying one that was not compatible. The online information was never clear and I was never sure I had the correct one until I received it and tried to sync it to the base, which it did quickly.

what I liked is that it will store 250 blocked callers. The last phone I had only did ten and with as many robo calls I was getting it wasn't enough.

I bought this phone system to replace a 4 year old Panasonic unit. Reason to upgrade: I didn't feel the older unit allowed the volume on each handset to go high enough. This one has higher volumes. Thank you.
I ordered a sixth handset, to have a phone in each room.
Seems to work well on both floors of our spread out twin home. It's pretty easy to program features.
